If this is the wrong place for this thread, I apologize... I just dug up some older hop plants, and wanted to know if anyone wanted some before I chuck them. 2-year old Newport hops, grew like gangbusters last year (2nd year growing) and were just starting to pop up this year. I replaced them with other varieties for this year. I can probably come up with a dozen or so growable rhizomes out of the mess I dug up. Not asking anything for them. You want them, they're yours. Sorry, when I didn't hear back in a couple days, they ended up in the compost heap... SWMBO didn't like them waiting in the fridge for someone to possibly take them.
