Boston area shares / groups and stuff?

    Hey all,

    I've been doing trades and have worked up quite a cellar.

    But I only have 1 serious beer dork friend, and thus am wondering what the scene has to offer. I'm wondering if there are good trading groups in the area, on facebook or otherwise, or ways to find out about local shares and stuff. Any ideas would be appreciated!

    In the same boat myself. Metro West area. Would always be willing to set up a bottle share somewhere with fellow advocates if nothing is currently set up

    There was a Boston area group a couple years ago that kinda fizzled out (apparently.)
    I moved me and my cellar to Framingham last fall, so if a Metrowest group gets started, I'd be interested in joining up.

    Same - my cellar and I moved to Hopkinton - perhaps we have more interest in a metrowest group.

    So as of now if my counting is we have 6 people including myself. Which I think is pretty good for a group splitting some bigger bottles. 3.5 oz pour or so is pretty good while tasting several beers typically higher in abv. Any idea of a location ? Most BYOB places in MA are very scarce.

    I'm in Waltham and would be interested in this if it gets going. Some of my friends are slowly getting into it many don't care so I'd love to share some of my better bottles.
