Going to be in Boston for the EBF next weekend. Staying at the Residence across from Trillium and we're looking for a good bottle shop close by. Any suggestions? Any help us greatly appreciated.
    Cheers!

Trillium themselves sell their own beers, in bottle and growler.
There's the Fort Point Market next door to them that sells a pretty good selection of bottles nearby. There;s plenty of other shops in and around Boston, depending on your timeframe (how much time you will have around) and transportation.
There's also Mystic, Night Shift and Idle Hands brewing within a few minutes ride of South Boston.
I wouldn't totally discount the Harpoon Brewery about 10 minutes walk from Radisson, they have brewery only beers, and damn good pretzels in a cool beer hall.
Are you driving in or flying?
if driving, Julio's Liquors, about 30 miles west of Boston, is pretty much the go-to for anything with distribution. Jack's Abby and Tree House aren't far off the route either, in Framingham (20 miles west) and Monson (~50 miles west) respectively.

There's another shop called the Bee's Knees Supply Co which is a two minute walk from Trillium. They have a decent selection of local stuff and the typical MA distro. Also, right next door to that is Flour Bakery which is a must stop for coffee and a quick breakfast. That place is top notch. Also if you have a spare night, go to Drink. It's a great speakeasy-style bar in the basement of the building diagonal from Trillium. No drink list, tell the bar tender what flavors/liquors you like and let them go to work. Beware, there will be a wait to get in unless you go late afternoon.

BeerDunson, will you be muling anything? I'd love to trade some local stuff from MN if you are. I'll be in the same hotel. PM if you're interested.

Social Wines in Southie (E. Broadway) and Boston Wine Exchange (Devonshire St.) are within a mile and have good selections though, as noted above, FP Market is your best bet.
