    Hello all,

I will be spending 3 days in Boston for meetings(northwestern university area) and had a few questions

Is there a place within walking distance that would have a good selection of night shift and trillium bombers for sale? I plan on going to the brewery but arrive on a Monday night and want to do my shopping early before I leave on Wednesday.

Before I post I was wondering what the demand for southern beer in the area was? I have some prairie ales, jk, saint Arnold and Karbach and was looking for heady, fifty fifty eclipse and limited night shift and trillium. Wanted to test the waters..

I Use to work in western mass so looking forward to returning to the state and relatively cool weather. Thanks in advance.

Did you mean NorthEastern? Not very familiar with that part of town and stores.
I think you'll need to go to Trillium on Tuesday. Fifty Fifty eclipse can be found on shelves at some places. Night Shift is pretty available at better craft stores. Couldn't hurt to visit them at the source if you're getting a car or don't mind the T and the walk.

Unfortunately you are in a little bit of beer store no-mans land. I would say Bauer Wines & Spirits might be your best bet. It is a little bit of a stroll, but definitely doable. If you have time to take a T ride you should try Boston Wine Exchange, Federal Wine & Spirits, and Charles Street Liquors. Enjoy and go huskies!

Also, I just remembered Huntington Wine and Spirits is right down the road. Unfortunately, I am not sure what they carry (haven't been there in quite some time). Its your typical college liquor store. Couldn't hurt to check it out, its only a couple minutes from NEU.

If you are near Northeastern I would just take the T over to Trillium and pick some stuff up directly. It would be quick and easy (at least as far as the T ride goes, I can't speak for the wait times at Trillium).

I suggest using the T as well to got to breweries as well. Trillium had Lineage bottles and Congress St for now. Plus NS probably still has cans, Harborside , and Funk'd Porter. Both breweries do a great job updating their websites.
