Good morning New England BA-ers! I will be visiting Boston during the above listed dates, and wanted to reach out and see if you have a specific thread for out of town visitors, or if you could make some recommendations on what beer I should bring home (aside from Trillium, of course). I'm staying at the Wyndham Beacon Hill, and will not have a rental car, so the drive to Treehouse is out, unfortunately. Also, if there is anyone that would be willing to trade for anything from Minnesota/Wisconsin/Iowa while I am there, please let me know. I would really appreciate being able to get my hands on some fresh stuff from Treehouse while I'm in the area. I know you all are the OG's of the NEIPA, but we have some up and comers here in the Twin Cities that have been producing some great stuff as well. If not, no worries, but let me know. Even if someone is able to just pick up some stuff from TH and I could reimburse you for the beer/travel costs, I would be forever grateful. Thanks for taking the time to respond. Cheers!
I'll be there until the morning of the 18th from Ohio. I'd love to setup an in-person trade if you'll be there early enough. Shoot me a private message on here and we can set something up if possible!
Tip Tap Room and Charles Street Liquors are both very close to your hotel. You could also get to Kendall Square for Cambridge Brewing, Lamplighter, Lord Hobo, Meadhall by walking or taking the red line(charles MGH stop) over the Longfellow Bridge into Cambridge. Cambridge Brewing has a bunch of sours in bottles to go. Lamplighter will have bottles and cans to go.
If you’re making your way over to Trillium Fort Point, then you will see almost everything you can get in stores here by going to Fort Point Market and Craft Beer Cellar. If all you’re looking for is packaged beer to take home, then that is basically the end of the story without a willingness to drive.
Also, just as a heads up, I don't have anything particularly big available for trade, just looking for someone to go $4$ on some Treehouse if they're interested. I don't trade much (as my profile can attest) so if this is not how things work with TH beers, I apologize.
