I just received an Odell Tree Shaker in the mail. Can't find a bottling date.

Is this something that is cellarable? It's bottle conditioned and many had said it is almos more of a saison than a DIPA.

New to aging and want some thoughts.

    Thx guys and girls.

Have you had it before? If not what would you be benefiting by aging? How would you know if it is better or worse with age?

Because I'm worried its not fresh to begin with. If its not fresh, might as well age

    Drink it now!
I believe it was released in April or May. It flew off the shelves in Denver.
You should just send it to me, as I popped my last one this past weekend, it was fantastic.
The hops shine through when its cold and as the beer warms the sweet peaches come out and man....

    ....Good stuff.

But yeah, I would drink it.
