Yes and no. Since the bottles listed have virtually equivalent desirability I'd say you need to add a lil bit to cover the $4$. Furthermore, from what I can tell the two you seek are the two most desired, so it might be hard for someone to let go of those two in particular. And finally, something that has nothing to do with you, it seems as though people are jaded a bit nationwide because of the way the brewery handled the release of MasterPiece. Just my thoughts, not hatin', just saying.

I think people are wary of trading for masterpiece because no one wants to help out the guy that hoarded 70 bottles. That said, I do think what you are offering is fair. I've had both the cakes but I haven't had masterpiece so I don't know about taste quality comparison.

$30 per MC bottle...I agree that some are avoiding Masterpiece due to the release....I won't trade for it partly due to that...that and the limited number of reviews...

Ok. So as someone with a cake set ill.say that i, and this is me, don't find the offer you make to be attractive at all.

Your asking for 60 dollars in equally limited and at at least as desirable, if not more, beer for a 46 dollar bottle. Your asking for two limited bottles for.one.

Add to that the fact that masterpiece has gone 1:1 for prop or vanilla

    http://www.beeradvocate.com/communi...pse-pre-iso-prop-or-vanilla-14-closed.233760/

and it might become a little more clear as to why you're not getting any bites. I think if you asked for one bottle and for the person to.add some solid extras to even out the dollars you'd get some interest. But as is, I'd never make that trade in a million years

I think the fact nobody is biting speaks volumes as to the attractiveness of the trade. Just my opinion, but by all means do what's right for you. I can only speak for me, I could do the trade but won't because I see it as uneven.

Take this into consideration. The Eclipse beers have a history of being thin and uneventful to those who appreciate the finer stouts. And yes I'm aware of the fact that Masterpiece is supposedly a different base beer but the history of eclipse beers IMO is they are overpriced and generally MEH.

The Short lineage of the BA Cakes is thought of in much higher regard.

You are so blinded by the fact that you feel cali beers are undervalued that you can't hear anything anyone is saying. Yeah you come across as paranoid

The reasons I gave you for not making the trade have nothing to do with the rationale you give. And you seem so rigid on the bottle count differences that you ignore or discount everything else.

I've got a stop collaborate and glisten from nightshift, 200 bottles half the count of masterpiece. Costs 20 bucks.

I'll trade you 1:1, and I'll make the difference up with solid locals.

Deal? No? Why not, my beer is twice as rar as yours?

Now I see you've posted another ISO, and that seems reasonable. But, fwiw you're shooting yourself in the foot by asking for the 4th anniversary as the 3rd beer, wb has a very small distribution footprint and you're greatly limiting possible trade opportunities.

Dude, Eclipse is notorious for being thin, and overpriced. Paying 46 for an iteration of it, to trade for two 30 dollar proven beers just isn't attractive to most prudent traders. Drink it, and enjoy it, which was the original intention of Fifty-Fifty.
