Bottle/food shops

Very mysterious.

Not sure what the objective is here but there are certainly thousands of delis from SD to SF that will sell you bottles and can also make you a sandwich.

 

I like sammichs

 

They don't make their own food, but Select Beer Store often has food trucks and there are restaurants right next door

 

Clem's Bottle House in the Kensington neighborhood of San Diego has pretty awesome sandwiches (it's also literally 15 steps away from Burger Lounge). Great beer selection, but usually obscenely overpriced. Venissimo Cheese is inside of the Bottlecraft in North Park in San Diego, and they have some sandwiches, snacks, and, of course, cheese.

 

if your ever in claremont, cheese cave is a decent spot for a good sandwich as well as a few bottles.

the cellar in whittier has a great bottle selection, as well as food delivered from either phlight or bottle room ( 2 near by restaurants)

 

You're right about the Little Italy location. It's bring your own food.

You might be thinking of Uncle Henry's Deli, which is a rad spot. There's also Stuffed Sandwich, which is equally as awesome. Both have delis, bottles and taps.

 

Olive Avenue Market in Redlands has good sandwiches and selection of beer.

I second Uncle Henry's in Downey. I didn't know about this place until about a year ago. I played golf literally right across the street for years and would pass it all the time finding a place to eat. Duh!
