Pick up line was quick, to get in looks like a shit show. By the time I got my bottles the guy who was last in line moved up like 5 spots. I am not sure why the back bar wasn’t open.

 

Haven’t seen BL like that in a while. Too many little kids running around, ugh.

 

Glad I'm going next weekend to pick up.

 

Its BS now that they are back to using only one line to pour beers. There are to many damn kettles/fermenters and people now in the back room for them to use it. Its bull shit. Bottle logic has always been super slow at getting people there beers and now this just adds to the wait.

 

Line was long but really wasn't too long to get a pour shrug

 

And no f*cking water station.

 

Never understood why people come pick up bottles right at opening.

Came a little passed 6, got served in >5 min, picked up bottles with no line.

OR perhaps the timing just works out good for them as they are making their rounds picking up bottles from various breweries, as was the case tor me.

Having said that, the line to pick up bottles moved fast, talked to a few folks in line that made the drive from LA like me while waiting, all was good from my perspective, got my bottles in a reasonable time. Admittedly the line going inside for pours did look long. Glad to avoided that.

 

Same thing it’s always been...Dick measuring.

 

I live in LA so when I go next weekend, I'm going at opening because I'm not driving to Anaheim and back later in the afternoon/evening. I assume you're at least closer to BL so you can go whenever.

 

Made my way there after picking up my Black Kisses at Monkish. Got there around....1:30PM to 2 and it was still pretty packed. Pick up was 5 minutes, pours were around 10-15.

Taste-wise, it didn't feel as thick and syrupy as I remembered. Still tasty though.

 

12:30 - nobody in line four pours po the front. And weather is sweeeet.

Is it bad that no matter what even if I have to pee or not the first thing I do when I walk in is get in that bathroom line lol Figure knock out the longest wait first

So regarding the easter egg for the sale... The words RAMPAGE, and the sentence "Who would conceive such a thing?" has me thinking of characters from Rampage video game and who would mate to create a big gorilla... I may be way off, and probably am since none of my attempts worked.

I just want to figure this shit out ONE time!
