I gotta say, I'm liking the look of the booklets this year. The strategy guide angle was a cool idea last year, but the exploration guide looks really distinct. Also: stoked for the growler/bottle bag instead of another glass growler this year!

We're tasting in-progress beer from barrels and making decisions about what we're going to pour at WOL up until two weeks before the event. There might be a bit more to all of this than you think. :beers:

Extra parking provided by a "Brewery X!" How intriguing. Hopefully the extra spots will help alleviate some of the traffic-induced madness Week of Logic brings to the industrial park. I'm also curious on how much beer is given to the neighbors as an "I'm so sorry for this" gift.

Any idea how re-entry will work tomorrow?

I've set up a few IP trades and am guessing I'll have to go back to my car if they don't allow beer inside. I don't know how many times I want to wait in the line for entry though...

Id say WoL should not be a time for trades. Unless u want to get them done BEFORE or AFTER you're done for the day. I say no reentry for this guy, unless he stands in line again.

Hey, anyone at WoL: how's the line looking currently?

I'm not there but they just posted an IG video of the lines, doesn't look bad at all. I'll be heading that way later this afternoon, hoping the lines stay at bay

Hardly any 8 people max for registration... Lines move quick for pours. Really well run event so far

Really chill. My friend and I arrived right at open. Line to get in moved along super fast. Initially there were long lines for the two specialty pour stations, but honestly within 35-40 mins those stations barely saw any lines. Plus one on the super well run opening day

Line at opening looked bad but as soon as the opened, it quickly went. Considering that its a sunday, pour lines were pretty manageable. Parking is the worst part.

Just got back: the only three real lines I saw were (from shortest to longest) the restrooms, the core pour station, and a fairly impressive line for merch. Regarding merch, there are the Tekus and the hats, as well as festival shirts, new stasis shirts and hats, and WoL festival mini pennants. Booklets were still available when I left 30 minutes ago.

Congrats to the BL crew for really knocking it out of the park with this first day of WOL! I've never attended before and was expecting long lines and cramped conditions. Couldn't have been any further from the truth! Parking wasn't bad, didn't have to wait at all to get into the venue, lines for pours were 5 minutes or less, and there was plenty of space to move around. Other breweries take note: THIS is how you run an event.
