Easy peasy. Ground State is good again! Chocolate bomb.

Did anyone else try blending 1 part Roll for Initiative with 1 part Jam the Radar? Absolutely fantastic.

The sweetness from the Jam cuts the cinnamon from Roll, which complements the sweetness from Jam. Absolutely amazing blended together.

@bottlelogiclindsay Please tell us you may have some draft-only Stasis blends coming up in the near future....

Toughest part of the early hours for Day 2 was the parking ... other than that, smooth sailing ... maybe 40 people in line when they opened at 11:00am.

Yup. I even took a step further and added in the blueberry mallow GN collab. Raspberry, blueberry strudel for days!

Public service announcement: GS tastes of a lot more chocolate than coffee this year. Haven't decided if I am disappointed or happy.

Not obtaining a passport has lifted a lot of weight off of my shoulders.

I love my fancy beers (yes... especially Bottle Logic) but i hate the hype game. The whole "get in line at 6am just so I can double triple super duper guarantee access to [insert anything that is not life or death]" boggles my mind.

    Dispatch from 2:45 p.m.:

Parking was plentiful at the overflow lot, no line to get in, no lines to get pours. Plenty of available tables and chairs to lounge around.

Cerutti Site is a dangerously easy drinking beer. Smooth, slightly nutty and doesn’t have much hotness to it. The finalized version will be killer.

Doggos and puppers levels remain high, though none are costumed. Come back to us, Mr. T-dog.

Actually dude, there was ZERO reason to get in line at 6am or any other ungodly hour ... the field journals were available all day Saturday and all day Sunday (shit, there are 37 of them available today) ... the lines have been absolutely tame and moved very quickly ... parking is a bit of a challenge, but if you are willing to walk 0.5 miles, there's plenty of parking ... this is definitely not a shit show event and is running super smooth ... highly encourage you to check it out for yourself. If you want shit show ... let me refer you to a Monkish can release.

I'm going to have to limit myself on cherruti site. I know it'll kick me on the ass when I'm not expecting it

@bottlelogiclindsay - is there any reason you guys don't do tasters during WOL? I understand it would be more glasses to clean but people are also trying to drink responsibly and also try all the awesomeness you have on tap. I know everyone in my group would have preferred that over full pours so I have to assume a large number of people would also prefer it.

Also, address of the LLC belongs to Penwal Industries (the owners have the last name Pennington). The company specializes in "the fabrication of models, replicas, mock-ups and prototypes - any size or scale - for aerospace, aviation, and military. We are a ONE-STOP-SHOP with full in-house & turnkey capabilities."

In addition, this group also sought a handful of other trademarks:
    • Point Luck
    • Fearless Fish Brewing
    • Nationstate Brewing Company
    • All Eagles Oscar Brewing
    • Team 6 Brewing
Whatever it is.... I foresee a really cool build out for this brewery.

Cleaning 1000's of tasters in one day would be a nightmare. Some breweries (like Ballast Point in Long Beach) don't do tasters on the weekends solely because of crowds.

What about the maple syrup? It is noticeable? Last year was too much maple for my liking (I dont like maple in beer)

I just had GS and definitely got maple out of it but it was not overpowering and it integrated nicely with the coffee and chocolate. It was my favorite beer of day 2.

I am so glad BL opened up guide registrations on Saturday. Dropped by yesterday at about 3pm and stood in line for line 4 minutes to get registered. Pour lines were around 10 minutes for RFI and the Great Notion Collab. Overall, smooth event so far.

But I do miss being able to chill indoors like we were able to last year.

Maybe I am incredibly bitter because my wife just left for a work trip to Vegas and I am tending to our 10 month old. Maybe if I put her in a dog costume, let her crawl around and lick everything (like she normally does), the BL staff wont even notice the minor in their presence.

Choco bomb? Hmmmm sounds like they should start over with this one. I read coffee in the description.
