Bottle Logic 2018 (Q1)

I agree jam the radar was one of my favorties last year and i just drank my last bottle about a week ago so im glad to hear ill be able to rrestock soon

 

This was in my top 3 of favorite Stasis releases last year, pumped that it's actually hitting a public sale this year instead of having to chase after bottles in liquor stores.

 

Last year was a public sale too....?

 

Last year it was the replacement bottle for Byzantine infection. Don't think it ever went on public sale, though some stores seemed to get a later-year distro.

JtR may have been my favorite BL beer of the last year, really hoping I can score bottles this release...

 

It was a month long replacement pick up window, and yeah, I don't think they ever did an online sale and it just showed up in shops the very little amount that was left.

 

Listed as a Level 2 release, bottle limit is 3/person. Increase in production?

 

All of their beer has increased production.

 

Last year the only way you could get bottles officially through BL was through the Byzantine swap, or Level Up (which was only 1 bottle). Anything left after that went to liquor stores. If you weren't Level Up and didn't have Byzantine bottles to swap, like me, you were stuck with liquor store hunts. Then most liquor stores would post their allotment on Instagram right in the middle of the work day, which sucked. Made getting bottles of that release really difficult and frustrating for me.

I agree with BeerBaron, JTR b2 was tasting amazing last night. I have to admit, I had 3 pours from low filled bottles. JTR fresh, is definitely the way to go. But I still loved last years batch as of last week. The raspberries just aren't as present as when the beer is fresh, but it was still delicious.

Went to pick up cans today, was told that the dates for Week of Logic have been picked, but aren't being shared yet. Hopefully in the near future we can start making plans.

 

We can't file for event permits more than 30 days in advance, then the permit offices aren't obligated to tell us whether the permits have been approved until seven days before the event. Last year they told us four days prior.

It's spectacularly unnerving.

1 week crossed off, 3 more options to go.

anybody know the inventory for the growler bags? green/orange & teal/black

 

They appeared to have both in stock when I was there at 1 today; no idea how deep the inventory still is though.

 

Hoping it doesnt fall on the same weekend as the Superstition Guild Party :/
