    It’s really good. Mouth feel is real nice and smooth. Lots of chocolate, hazelnut, and barrel. I think it’s just a little too hot right now. I think with a year of aging it has a good chance of being excellent.

    I think its a mixture of increased production and consumer fatigue. Typically in the past I was lucky if I can find 1 or 2 releases at a shop, now it's 6-8 and that's not even counting what is in the back.

    I haven't seen it on shelves for a while now, at least in my area. It was only around for a few days.

    I had my last Intrepid Orchid a couple days ago and was a bit let down. The vanilla-pastry component of it had really fallen off. It had become a much more of a straight barleywine with hints of vanilla as it neared room temp, which was still tasty and very much drinkable! But if you liked IO for the vanilla-sweet component, you probably want to pop yours sooner rather than later.

    *Edit* also got through several other bottles the 25th/26th.
    -Time Bending was a hit with my family that loves pecan pie, really rounds into form at room temp. They're not big barleywine people but it was one of the more popular ones I opened.
    -PCC b2 which is still tasting great, its a bit more of a chocolate bomb than b1 but its still one of my wife and I's favorite beers ever.
    -FF '21, hot, but if you let it come to room temp the vanilla starts to hide it a bit more. I have 2 more and probably won't open them for some time yet.
