How to explain to the wife that you need more vanilla stouts after you just spent seven days straight and hundreds of dollars picking up vanilla stouts... hmm...

 

I think if it makes it, it will be a small amount and may go quick. I bought my bottles today. I didn't want to take a chance.

 

6 per person means they probably made quite a bit of it this year.

 

Have to say, batch 3 is on par with batch 1 IMO. At the very least, certainly a step up from batch 2 (which was no slouch itself).

 

Toes to the Nose is coming back Thursday you guys. Gimme dat sweet sweet diabeetus smoothie.

 

I was thinking about going for this round, but now you got me second guessing. Was the first batch overly sweet?

 

If you think Jamba Juice is too sweet than you'll probably think this is too sweet.

So 8 different vanillas in 8 stasis stouts released over 8 days in celebration of 8 years of Bottle Logic... I like roundness of that. But also looking forward to actually being able to celebrate an official WoL!

I’m also REALLY hoping, that since we’ve now seen a “small quantity” release with the FC bottles, that BL might consider doing the same thing with bottles of single spirit FO treatments. It would be awesome to have bottles of each of the individual 4-5 spirits barrels that go into the final FO blend and compare/contrast how they taste separately with the final blend.

 

Had an FC Indonesia. Enjoyed it, but I think the 30 months in the barrel (and the 24 month double mash blended into it) might have been overkill here. Was very barrel-forward in my opinion, more than I’m used to, and there was lingering tannins that I couldn’t quite place. Nice little pops of that classic FO vanilla on the tongue, though.

Is the FF limit on Toast 6 per person or 6 per day? Without knowing batch size, it seems insane that it’s going to sell out before EB sale. But well done BL, well done.

Really excited about being able to try FF ‘21 after having little luck with the Coordinates series. Just wondering if I need to trade for another allocation of FF given the solid reviews so far.

Good question. Based on the Toast sale language of "Limit 6 Per Person," that would suggest it's six total per person for the entirety of the Toast sale and not six per person per day. I believe you are however permitted to buy the max on Toast and then max out again at the EB sale if it makes it there.

 

The whole Toast sale resets everyday though (abandoned orders closed, order numbers restart at #1, etc.). I think it's 6 per person, per day. There was a comment on IG back for the Stronger than Fiction release where somebody asked if they can max and pickup three days in a row and BL replied it was okay.
