Bottle Logic Brewing (2020)

It won’t be til later this year. They’re waiting for their expansion/construction to be completed

 

I went on Saturday at opening and was able to get some of the preview keg. Sweetness from the maple, nuttiness from the walnuts and some barrel but nothing overpowered anything else IMO. It was enough to convince me to pick up a few bottles yesterday.
I've never had a Mikerphone beer so I can't compare it to anything else from them.

I’ve had a couple Magnanimous collab stouts and they’ve been great, but the cinnamon really worries me here.

Just stopped by BL... holy crap it smells like French Toast inside!!!

 

It was pancakes last weekend with CS on draft.

 

I think we’re smelling the same thing... it’s Glorious! And so is CS!

 

Was intrigued to get to the tasting room since I was in the area until I read lactose, what a bummer.. for me at least.

 

Hypermash Hydra was not just the best beer of WOL last year but IMO one of the best beers I’ve ever had. I’m sure it’s only gotten better over the past year in barrels. Maxing out when it drops later this month.

 

Amen to that bruther.

 

Also, I’m praying to the beer gods that Equivalent Dose or some other chocolate banana inspired stout drops again this year. I’ve been following BL releases since 2016 and I think that one might be my all-time favorite from BL. I’ve tried most of the big boy banana stouts and that one takes the cake in the category.
