Bottle Logic Brewing (Fall/Winter 2017)

What's all the fuss with the Teku? Poor quality and design, I don't get it.

 

Inspired by function. Teo Musso is the founder of Baladin Brewery in Italy. He collaborated with Italian sensory analysis expert Kuaska to create the Teku glass (the name Teku is an amalgamation of the names 'Teo' and 'Kuaska'.)

...It's similar to how a snifter is used to enhance spirit sensory/drinking.

 

Yea, I was just messing around. I meant that glassware will be more sought after than the beer itself.

I'm feeling a little precarious about the new Stasis release, sounds awesome but feel like there's a cough syrup vibe with that description.

 

Same, but if anyone could pull it off, it would be Bottle Logic. Hoping this isn’t a miss.

 

The port barrels are a little different, but like stated above, I am sure BL will knock it out of the park.

Probably been asked already, but will there been another Fundamental Forces type release, where people with Level Up access are guaranteed a bottle and the public enters a lottery.

My buddy did week of logic last year, and has never let me forget how I never got a bottle of FF. He missed out on WOL this year, and I didn't. I need to return the favor.

 

I believe BL confirmed earlier this year, they would never do a FF type release again. i.e. 1PP for level up and public lottery.

 

No confirmation on a batch 2 of FF, but I'm betting that given the hype of that release, it'll happen. Not long until we find out I'm guessing, since WoL is in 3 months.

 

This sounds amazing! Getting Black Tuesday Port in allocation today plus THIS is a great way to start a Monday.

 

No inside info here, but I'd bet money they do it again. When you do a beer and it receives that much hype, its going to get remade. Breweries don't make money off of trade value, they make money off of selling beer. I think the people saying it won't get remade are the ones trying to raise the trade value.

 

I don't think he was specifically referring to the beer itself not being remade, but more of the process not being done again, i.e. lottery system.

Fundamental Forces was Raffle only regardless if level(ed) up. 1 pp

 

No the 2016 version of Week of Logic attendees was called T3 and they were guaranteed 1 bottle of Forces and also able to join the public raffle for an additional bottle.

 

I think you're confusing your dates but i get the idea:

That's basically what @yokels just said. And he's correct. If you attended WoL in 2016, you obtained a T3 passport which was good for guaranteed access to 1 bottle of all Stasis releases from April '16- March '17, the last of which was Fundamental Forces.

In other news, I wanted to ask, @bottlelogiclindsay why is this month's Stasis release only a 2PP limit when it's a Level 1 release? I was under the impression that Level 1 and Level 2 are based on quantity, but that's just what I heard.
