Bottle Logic Brewing (Fall/Winter 2017)

Well damn, thought the sale was at 11. Realized I had another hour and then forgot until 12:07. Glad I got my guaranteed bottle.

 

Wow, that might've been the quickest sellout I've ever seen with Bottle Logic, even quicker than FS and FO. Glad I got my two bottles.

 

12:15 Officially Sold Out. Glassware at 1:00pm.

 

Got the same thing. Zero was the only option for me right at 12 on the app. Refreshed and I got shut out. First time for me to fail on the app.

 

Same here, but I managed to score bottles. For the past couple months, if you refresh at 12 on the dot, it seems like Eventbrite glitches out and doesn't give you any quantity to select, just says '0' if you try to select a quantity. Not sure why because it used to be that I would refresh exactly at 12 and they would be immediately available for sale. Past couple sales I've had to actually refresh a couple seconds AFTER 12 on the dot for something to show up as selectable. A little un-nerving to say the least, especially for these almost lottery-like sales. Any ideas on what might be going on there @bottlelogiclindsay ? Seems like I'm not the only one.

 

Had my girls phone and mine at the same time and hers showed quantity and mine was at 0 option as well but by time I refreshed it was too late. I had like 6 times I could pick a quantity of 2 but that shit just wouldn't go to the damn checkout screen.

I scored some Spice must Flow bottles after the sale. When Lindsay was deleting double orders. So there is still a chance to everyone that missed out!

 

How could you guys still see quantities available? I saw someone post on here that there were 7 left at 12;15. How could she see that? I got shut out again even with them in my cart. Bummed

 

First time I ever received the zero quantity. I felt like I had recently updated the app so I attributed it to that. Sucks but can't win em all.

Gotcha. I've been getting the zero quantity for a couple months now, started right around the Stronger Than Fiction sale. It hasn't been just BL sales either. Anything that I've bought on Eventbrite has been like that if you try to buy something the literal moment it goes on sale. It's really annoying.

 

Look at who posted the 7 count. I think you'll notice they probably see more than the average folk in terms of inventory.

 

Usually, when sales move this quickly people don't have the time to try/make a mistake for a second order. I'll be culling the data tomorrow, off to run our Harry Potter fiesta now!

 

Hello! One of Eventbrite's features is that it won't risk overselling or selling tickets which aren't 100% available. When I update here or on our social media with ticket counts, it's to encourage people [who didn't read the sale tips ] to refresh for the chance to grab the tickets that may be falling out of carts.

Tickets get stuck in carts because tens of thousands of people are attempting to access the sale on any and all devices they can. If they get a successful order through on multiple devices, they know not to make more than one purchase [as someone mentioned, I cull any duplicates anyway] but the ticket remains hostage in that cart until it drops after six minutes.

 

Shoot me a DM here with your information and we can figure out a plan if there are bottles abandoned after 11/5!

 

I thought I had refreshed perfectly. got the 0 bottles optiom also. The only options available in the drop down window ,should be 1-2 for this sale. There was definitely a glitch for this sale.

 

It's a recurring issue, at least for me. I've experienced it a couple times already with previous sales, even the low demand ones like Stronger Than Fiction and Picture If You Will.

 

Also got the 0 tickets thing on the mobile app and by the time I refreshed tickets were unavailable. Womp womp.
