A generous gesture, but I'm afraid we don't have the licensing to support open containers of alcohol that isn't produced at our facility.

Can't think of any breweries in CA that do. Sadly.

Haha yea, I knew that but it ended up being technical difficulties on my end. Phone wasn't loading the order page even so I had to turn it off, and then when I got back on I ended up getting lucky at the 6 min cart dump mark and snagged 3... Whew. Had to re-enter DL# and everything.

That means instant sellout with 20 people getting lucky after wasting 20 mins hitting refresh.
Thanks for the update, but let’s not raise limits.
Very hypothetical, but is it possible to raise limits after “x” amount of time? Might be something to consider.

I’m sure they’ll have a entire list of beers you can try since it’s your first trip. Just a thought.

The beers I typically bring to share aren't for me. Looks like it isn't an option in CA though.

You can give them beers, this is something we do whenever we travel also. The misinterpretation comes from saying share, as a share here implies you are going to open and share the contents with others. Brewers always enjoy getting beers that they cannot normally get, just like the rest of us.

I'm imagining those old Wendy's commercials but with them saying "Where's the beer?" instead.

this is going to be so OVERPRICED ... I get they are a small independent retailer, but some of their prices in the past have been over the top insane ,,, hope I'm wrong because that's a helluv a bottle list!

Hah yup. I love the space and the tap list is always great but the prices are usually pretty damn high. I remember my first flight being floored with the final bill. Maybe bottles are different but tap prices... yikes!

Either way, killer black friday lineup!

    Like what were the prices?

Expect bottles to be in the minimum $35+ range and pours of 8oz to be at least $10-12 a pour. Provisions is good at hiking up those prices to get a crowd in, and most idiots will jump in this as an opportunity to buy more FO to trade away for easy coast shelf turds. Event "sounds" nice, but I'm not going to ever attend a shit show event held by them. Not to mention the manager is a hophead member, so expect hook ups to his crew first.

You'd think Provisions would take you out to dinner first before fucking you with their prices.

Seriously though. Great beers, but they price gouge to an almost absurd degree in my opinion. I'm almost certain I'll be passing on this, but... that Leche though...

Anyone else have issues with Provisions’ taplines? As in they add a off taste to all the beers they pour? I’ve had it happen pretty much every time I’ve gone in.
