That and this beer isn’t one of the better releases once you get beyond the “OMG HYPE BREWERY COLLAB BRUH” factor. If this same beer was a collab with that brewery across the street from them, it would still be available tomorrow.

 

I have actually heard great things about it. not sure why you think its not a good beer.

It’s by no means BAD. But out of every stasis release of the year, I’d have it towards the bottom. That Great Notion logo on the label certainly helps the excitement for this one.

 

Did you have it at WoL? Everyone I know said it was their favorite beer of the whole week regardless of whether it needed more aging or not. I also don't know a lot of people but still... It was really fricken good in my opinion and a few others. Haven't had it again since then but definitely excited for next week

Edit: you posted again while I was typing. You must've had it recently and it's not your jam. Hope it's a preference thing and not a "time did this beer no favors" thing!

 

I didn't have it at WOL, but the untappd reviews on the low fill pours are pretty stellar.

I only had it at week of logic, and again it’s not a bad beer. A bit too sweet for me. I skipped buying it because I didn’t find it worth the price of admission. Out of everything I had at WoL, the only 2 stasis/BA beers I remember being worse were Leche Reserva and Fundamental Beer Geek.

 

Yeah I didn't like Leche Reserva either, did not get the hype.

 

That's funny, I don't know a single person that did t think Fundamental Beer Geek was one of the top 2 beers there (with the potential #1 being, the more polarizing but loved by everyone I know, Paisley Cave)

 

Am I missing something, this was an instant sell out. After 2 minutes it went to unavailable and we all know that means there are like 3 carts that will get dropped.
I haven’t had the beer but got my allotment because I heard it was awesome

 

This is obviously a shelfie, im pretty sure its collecting dust somewhere right now.

 

Lasted longer than expected....was it me or did it not sell out until....12:30ish?

Either way, between me and the GF, we got 8 bottles to grab. I'm pretty stoked.

Paisley Cave and FO were my favorites overall at WoL. But, I more enjoyed mixing RFI 50/50 to either of those.

 

Havent had it yet but have heard the internet buzz about it, like khabib jumping over the octagon to attack drake...

 

Speaking of Fundamental Beer Geek, when the heck is that dropping? It was my favorite beer at WOL and by my math it's been in barrels for about 16 months now. Wonder why they're going with the extra long treatment on this one.

 

Lindsey said Paisley cave complex would be the last easy sale for awhile, so my guess is soon.
