I was counting on a couple of 4pks in between my others. Guess I'll just have to get some more OS cans.

Mona I codes only sold out quickly when there was a coinciding pick up, otherwise they lasted a solid 15 mins

Just a heads up guys, bottles of JTR, FS, FO, and NC are hitting shops all over OC/LA today and all weekend. Just picked up a bottle of JTR and a bottle of FO from my LBS. Keep your eyes peeled on Instagram.

Bottle Logic distros only 10% of their bottles, and whatever hits a shop always sells out in 30 minutes or less. It's basically a lottery, you have to be in the right place at the right time. You have a better chance of scoring a VR when it hits shelves than scoring a BL Stasis when it hits a shelf. Doesn't affect trade value at all.

Not much protection of trade value. Just comes to show that Bottle Logic saves beer for local distro for those that lucked out on Eventbrite. Something that not many breweries do.

Trade value? I'm just stoked barrel-aged beer as delicious Bottle Logic is getting easier to obtain.

About to head over for a quick drink and bottle pick up. How's the crowd looking?

I heard it was overwhelmingly busy. Especially with parking. I'm going to wait until tonight.

Any word on how the tasting room and pickup lines are looking?

Just left BL and now chilling at Asylum.

Line for pickups is nonexistent. Tasting room line for beers was out the door an hour ago but died down when I left. No one at the back bar.

You're only issue is probably going to be parking.

Tasting room line was long but inside the warehouse the line was like two or three people long. 100 Hand Slap, Stealth Mode, and Stronfer Than Fiction all are tasting delicious.

    Pickup line was basically nonexistent.

No one is allowed to tell those filthy casuals about the back bar. That alone makes these release weekends so much more pleasant for those of us in the know.

    EDIT: Also, how is Asylum?

Picking my StF bottles up tomorrow but can't get a pour (gotta work), but for those who've had pours, how is it tasting this year? Super sweet, balanced?

Very smooth and drinkable. Flavor is decadent and sweet. Reminds me of a Samoa cookie.

I had went and visited them after the last BL release. That particular day they only had 4 offerings and one was sold out by the time I walked in. Was able to have one glass as well as my friend, but we thought the beers we had were very solid. Above average but definitely room for improvement. The dude serving beer looked super familiar, turns out he used to work at Valiant as well part of the current Asylum brew crew. Taproom sitting was pretty clean, but you can see towards the back that nears their brew/back room area and that looked sort of a mess. However he did say that particular weekend he was a one man crew as the owners were attending an event. It's aim for its theme I guess is more old school horror? Names involve the words monsters, Frankenstein, etc

I actually have been itching to go back, I might end up there tomorrow after picking up at BL
