    really....Killer?

    I got a bottle and while I'm glad I tried MP Vanilla, definitely was disappointed. I did enjoy it, but I expected a vast improvement from last years batch, and hoped it would be around the same level as FO. If I liked MP Vanilla almost as much as FO, I'd join their membership just for that. For now it's easy enough just to trade to get a bottle.

    I use the Bruery stoppers and also wrap a rubberband around for extra hold. I usually drink no later than 48 hours after opening without a huge degradation (or even noticeable most of the time).

    Aggravated assaulter at least. I thought it was pretty good. Apparently others did too since it's got a 4.47 rating on untappd without being a megawhalez that people feel the need to rate even higher. It's not FO, and I like that. People have different tastes I guess.

    If you like very adjunct forward BA stouts bottle logic is your jam. To each their own, I like both but prefer MP and variants for their nuance and barrel character.

    Modern times stouts are really good sours. And when they arent sours, they are def mediocre stouts.

    On bottle logic facebook they revealed that the collaboration with modem times is going to be a salted Carmel stout aged in bourbon barrels

    One thing both MT and BL have in common is a lickety-splitsville fast response time to their pain-the-ass customer base, who would be us.

    Jeez, guys. Both MT and BL are awesome. Comparing their BA stouts is like comparing Ozu to Mizoguchi, or Trout to Harper.

    The point was that they are both awesome. These aren't replacement-level beers. 12/10, they're good beers Bront, etc.

    Had a pour (or 4) of Stronger Than Fiction at Dankness yesterday. The coffee is way more prevalent than last years and I liked that little bit of rum influence too. Great beer!

    Really wish I could have made it up during the release period. Still have a bottle of last years I wanted to drink next to this years

    Qué lástima, it's true! We've long considered Space Trace as a one-off in the Stasis Project line up. It will not see a Level Up/2017 release.
