    So where/when was the sale for the Darkstar dinner? I wouldn't have been able to go regardless, but I never saw anything about it going up for sale.

    Wait, so you were just grabbing a drink in the tasting room and they announced you buy tickets to the Darkstar dinner in tasting room only? Just for any random in the tasting room? Big departure from the online sales for the last three or four dinners.

    They kept the dinner private. Something about the probs that happened with the FO dinner.

    Well previous online sales only had what, 25% of the tickets go public?

    Regardless, with the bottles being on sale as long as they did, unless you personally wanted more than 3 for yourself, I'd think the lure of the dinners having a case limit kinda lost their luster...

    That's a damn shame. I was fortunate enough to go to the FO dinner this year and really enjoyed the whole experience. The extra bottles were just icing on the cake. Was hoping that they'd continue to have those into the future.

    I agree. I wish we still had the opportunity to try and grab dinner tickets because the FO dinner was pretty cool.

    Well, this batch of Darkstar is pretty insane. Way better than I remember. Jam The Radar is top shelf, as always.

    I agree. I had a flight of all the BA stuff other than Horadic, and IMO
    Darkstar>Dark Wanderer>Space Trace>Jam
    I don't remember Darkstar being this good though. The vanilla really comes through, but is not as overwhelming as FO. You definitely get that thick mouth feel you come to expect from bottle logic BA stouts. Will be back on Friday for another pour or 2. Also the new logo caps are bad ass. Cheers

    I agree. Darkstar was awesome yesterday. Loved Jam the Radar also. Space Trace was just OK next to those two IMO. I also opened a Ground State on Tuesday night and it was spectacular.

    Tried Darkstar b3 and Jam the Radar tonight and they both are delicious beers. Really hope they eventually bottle Jam the Radar because that finish is awesome.

    I thought Horadric was quite good, Wish I could have brought home a bottle of that.

    This year's Darkstar is very impressive too.

    Have there been any issues with Space Trace? Read a few reviews on Untappd about it tasting like sunscreen. I wanted to hear thoughts before trading for it

    I opened a bottle last week and thought it tasted great. I was surprised that there were even a few chunks of coconut in the bottle.

    Red eye is supposed to be the December stasis project release I believe. I'd doubt it would be T3 only as they haven't done such a thing so far this year.
