Bottle Logic Brewing Thread - Fall 2016

i added it to my cart on the app and while i went to get my id it sold out. i thought eventbrite held ure bottles while u checked out

 

I got bottles in my "cart" a few times in the app and every time I'd go to check out it'd say sold out. In the details it says the bottles aren't yours til you checkout, so why would any become available again in the first place?

 

I too thought the app held them in a "cart." I thought I had three, finished entering my driver'a license, and they were gone. A little irritating since I had all other info pre-loaded, including CC, but I guess you win some and lose some. Really wanted this one though. Oh well

 

Looks like the app doesn't hold the bottles in your cart, the website will though.

 

This is the 2nd time the app has @#$%ed me. Why the hell do we have to enter our birth date AND our age AND our DL#. Isn't the DL# good enough???

Has anyone figured out a way to get past having to enter the DOB???

 

Can't imagine why website and app would be any different in that regard. That seems like the sort of thing that is implemented on the back end not the client.

 

I purchased through the site and it said I had six minutes but I didnt dare try to test it out.

 

Right there with you. The calendar control on the app sucked ass. A simple text field (like the age) field would have been much faster. Could have just simply entered the digits instead of the scroll madness.

I was relaxed though thinking that I was good since they were in my cart but when I finally got everything entered and they were then "gone", well that sucked too.

But on the flip side, I don't have to drive to Anaheim and I saved some money. Trying to accentuate the positive on this one.

 

Had to do the same via the website... DOB... and age. WTF. Do the math eventbrite

 

I suck at remembering Sunday online sales especially when it's football season. I just remembered right now Space Trace went on sale.

 

Used app ... Had three in my cart ... Had to change credit card info upon checking out and that cost me ... SHUT OUT!!! But luckily I don't suffer from FOMO and I had 100% exposure to Brees & Shady = today was a GOOD day!!!

 

Dl# was the only thing I had to enter.

All other information was stored from last time. Are you using a different device or maybe you have settings changed ?

I scored 3 using the ap, my wife just got 1 from her iPhone(no ap)
I never try from my desktop pc, its never available.

 

I use a desktop exclusively for these releases with no issues at all. All my friends that used the app got rekt during previous releases, so they opted for the desktop or just going through the site on their phone instead of the app this time around, and they all managed to get it.

 

Was traveling during this sale and actually thought I had no prayer of getting in. But made a valiant effort with my laptop and cell phone hotspot from my plane on the Boston airport tarmac and got in. Couldnt believe it.

 

After I chose DL as form of ID, the app froze, wouldn't bring up the keyboard to enter DL number.

 

gah. visiting from east coast and missed out on this. will this be on draft this weekend?

Its absolutely absurd just go early on Saturday and sit on this all day and uber home when you cant stand any more...

They had bottles of it for sale earlier today. How do they do that???!!!
