Bottle Logic Brewing Thread - Winter 2016/2017

Looks like I misread the Redeye email. I had thought it said that was the last T3 sale, but I guess that was just the last Stasis Project sale of 2016. Either way, glad T3 is continuing for a little while longer.

Sounds weird but BL does very little wrong...

 

Weird is curry beer. Weird is Tom Yum beer. Ghost pepper beer.

A honey-nut BBA baklava beer by BL? I can't wait to hand over my dolares.

 

I didn't think baklava because of the other notes but I think you're right. Less weird, more yum.

Indeed. I'm wondering what "racked" over pistachios, walnuts and hazelnuts then finished with wild honey is all about.

 

Racking is a term used when transferring beer from one type of container to another. They probably took the base beer and racked it to a finishing container that held the adjuncts.

Find it a bit funny how discussions here only arise when they release BA beers.

Might get 2 bottles if I can though.

 

Also when they have hazy beer. But again, most of the conversation is about stuff offered to-go, which isn't that far fetched.

 

They posted on instagram the T3 program resets for week of logic March 19-25, man those days are going to be packed.

 

"Resets" doesn't necessarily mean that it'll be open to new people, or that they will even offer it again. They've said they really underestimated the number of people that they thought were going to be T3 this year (something like maybe 200 were expected, 800(?) joined). With everyone being aware of T3, I can see that number easily doubling, which would make it really hard to manage.

But, who knows what'll happen come March.

 

They still have been kicking around the idea of a membership. Man, that's going to be nice. I really appreciated the T3 benefits.

 

Someone had asked about getting on the list, and they replied by joining us everday.

 

Yeah, don't get your hopes up.

 

They need to clarify though, if someone goes to 2017 Bottle Logic Week, will they be added to T3 or nah?
