Damn, I was out of the loop on releases at that time. Wish I had grabbed bottles, I think it's underrated.

Little over three hours to sell out. Wow, almost a record for a recent BL release. Absolutely not complaining however as I enjoy actually being able to buy bottles easily and not getting locked out. Here's to hoping it's amazing as it sounds and easy bottle sales!

Can't agree more. Super smooth process and looking forward to trying it out. Sounds really good.

I always forget about these releases on Sundays, I should set an alarm or something, glad to see increased production, maybe with a higher increase they will last a full day and then I can remember to get them on Monday mornings.

@bottlelogiclindsay how about considering a "top tier" status for those of us who have been to every single day of logic since day 1, and still have the passports to prove it!

That's all we need - another ultra-snooty membership club to "hoard" beer.

Maybe if BL moved to Newport Beach.

Anyone had a chance to try the Byzantine Vision from the low-fills? I'm interested to see what people think of it bottled vs. on draft.

Had BV on Thursday night from the bottles. It's a very unique beer, could see it being kind of polarizing. Tons of pistachio on the nose, and a chewy syrupy honey flavor. Thick body that's characteristic of the other stasis beers, and the sweetness balanced out as it warmed up for sure. Bit of bourbon heat in there as well, but I wouldn't call it hot.

To me it hits exactly what it says on the bottle. I'm a big fan of pistachio and liked it a lot. Several people I was with went back for a 2nd pour as well.

Got a chance to try the beer on Sunday and...that's a nutty beer! Now I just need to pair the single bottle I bought — I regret only getting one :slight_frown: — with some actual baklava.

Just picked up a bottle of BV from local distro. This is probably my favorite beer from BL, granted I'm a sucker for nutty beers. Really unique, great body, and the ABV is perfect to solo. Drink this beer room tempearture - So happy I maxed out

The body is thin on the bv beer. Wish they woulf have used the darkstar base or at least barrel age it longer? Might thicken up.

Definitely thinner than the BA stouts, but being a porter it's expected.

I wouldn't call it thin at all. Maybe compared to FO or DSN... But not when compared to other most other breweries
