Well in this controlled of an environment it probably wasn't pretty energy consuming at all/ I mean less than 120 folks that you had info on well in advance couldn't be that time consuming to cross check.

It's not uncommon. Natalie from Russian River is always hammering on people for stuff like this, and in fact changed their label on Pliny sold out of the brewery to say "not for retail". Rare Barrel has issued warnings to bottle shops for re-selling their beers and has threatened action...

    So we're in agreement.

Side note, I compared this year's FO bottle labeling to last years. It's slightly different, the alcohol content is 14.1% instead of 14.3%, they've swapped out the "months aged in barrel" meter with an "Alcohol/Volume %" meter, the story has changed slightly, and so has the food pairings.

Interesting, wouldn't that be false advertising? Maybe there was fine print somewhere saying BL had rights to refuse bottle purchasing. If not I don't see why he couldn't take it to small claims (if he really wanted to).

Popping in for a fact-check -- there was one guest who elected to maintain their ticket purchase with complete understanding that they would not be permitted to purchase any bottles at the dinner. Though a change to our decision was sought at the event, as you've heard, the decision did not change. This was the only circumstance where a dinner guest was denied bottle access.

There was a question earlier in the thread about why we would sell case volume at all -- last year there was no limit to the bottles dinner guests were able to leave with. We decided a one case limit was a reasonable scale down from that precedent.

I think most feel that 1 case is pretty reasonable, gotta ignore those few people who complain and bitch like a kid. Who am I kidding...there's alot of them!

I saw you'll be pouring FO Saturday, but are there any plans for pours on sunday or is that still TBD?
    Thanks!

Here's the plan for draft availability this weekend:

We're hoping to stretch out the Mostra Variant with 4oz pours. FO and BBA Cobaltic will be 6oz pours, as is standard for our Stasis Project releases. Double Stone Berlinear will be business as usual; 4oz and 12oz options, no growlers.

Correct, but they open at 4. I plan to hit that Bruery T. preview thing on Wednesday and then pickup my bottles afterwards since they are so close to each other.

Would have been nice if they opened up earlier for pickups. Too beat the shit show of those that are showing up to drink only.

More than likely the two will be apart. Pick ups probably in the barrel storage area around back and pour stations in both the tasting room and potentially the tent set up in brewery facility. Meaning, pick up will probably still have a line, but it'll be a lot more manageable because they're on it.
