I had it at The Bruery's Cooperversary ... on a day when there were a TON of heavy hitting awesome brews, Fundamental Observation was definitely amongst the top beers that day ... really looking forward to this!

@charlzm blogic made him leave it, but they were never present when he made the brew. They don't know what kind of water he used or any of the pH levels. That's why he left

 

Doesn't seem like it would be too hard to figure out water pH, but I am not a pro brewer (only homebrewer), so what do I know?

Every other Bottle Logic release has made it into distro so I'm hoping that it'll at least last through the day

 

They have no past history with BPT and have been happy to make a mess out of the brewery tasting room to sell past special release bottles, so I wouldn't expect BPT (though I would have liked that), I just went the route of buying tickets to that dinner event with unlimited buying options there.

 

Is this another $20+ 500 mL release like Darkstar? If so, might not sell out... granted it does have magical vanilla beans in it so it all bets are off I suppose.

 

This beats the shit out of Darkstar... and I fucking loved and homered for Darkstar badly. This one was just mind blowingly good.

 

Best beer of the Bruery event. Looking forward to snagging a few.

 

We are not doing BPT, bottle count is lower than Darkstar.

Will make LIMITED distro depending on how sales go in the tasting room.
