@j47paco Native Ale Sons in DTSA got a case. Looks like they are going to do pours though and not sell individual bottles??

Lol I think it's laughable that this particular beer is accused of being over hyped. CA traders are now stupid because they are rating the beer a 5, and then trying to trade for more. I've tried to trade for more getting mainly crickets. Rating it highly then trying to get more must mean it's good.

Honestly, from my perspective, I haven't tried CFH or Veritas, but I think it looks bad when there are supposedly absurdly low bottle counts yet you see a ton of them FT. I think that signals people only got them for trade bait and it lowers it's perceived trade value due to constant FT postings that never close.

    Just my 2 cents.

Yes, it looks like FO's 15 minutes of fame is over. I think there were two whole consecutive pages without a mention of FO in the Trading forum this morning x-D

Interesting that the seller has the same name as the one who hit me up on BEX to acquire a FO in a trade.

I think once this beer hits a lot of BA's out of state, it can't be considered hype anymore. I've already noticed that some respectable BA's who usually rate stuff objectively have rated FO on par with Cali raters.... take what you want but this beer is the Cali version of Prop. Pretty high bottle count, nobody wants to trade it because it's good, highly sought after.

    The end.

I am excited to try this! I have a few coming in the mail. From what I've read, I think it will live up to expectations.

This one really benefits from being served at 55 or so. I think you'll really enjoy it.

Thou doth protest too much. And nobody walked out of a pre-release dinner with six cases of Prop.

@4truth Why does it matter how many bottles per individual were obtained? Does that cause the taste to worsen? Does that cause the bottle count to increase? I'm sure there are those in Illinois who got their hands on a case of Prop... liquor store owners who didn't sell etc. Also, have you even tasted Fundamental Observation?

This has been said over and over again... if you have to justify why a bottle shouldn't be trading so high by using bottle counts, per person limits etc, then don't trade for it. Nooner 9 was unlimited bottles per person, so thus, it must trade like a nationally distributed beer.

Not trying to be a jerk but I think its funny that people have to come into this thread and try to justify why a bottle should be able to trade as high as the bottle they get in their state. Gotta defend that prop.

I just get irritated by east coasters and midwesters claiming "trade ****" when somebody posts a 2 FO for Assassin, but it's perfectly fine and not trade **** to demand 6 bottles for a VBDL. Where do you draw the line? Heaven forbid somebody puts up a 1:1 FO for Prop. "LoLz CA hype"
