Just paid $9 for a 3oz pour of VR at Sweeney's. Couldn't be worse than that, could it?

Nope, it's already sold out. Start following around that delivery truck now.

I can't believe it was that much for a 3 Oz pour. That's outrageous.

My understanding is they are only doing bottle pours tonight, no bottle sales. They got 2 cases total. (Told to me from BL on Sunday)

You have to get 16 taster set to get FO...

Yeah...$32 for 16 four or five ounce tasters. I just recently got a root canal done and am jacked on antibiotics so I shouldn't even be drinking right now. Is $32 worth it for a potential 5 oz pour of FO?

Fuck them - nice bait & switch move amongst other things ... Mental note - don't ever go back to Havens or Provisions

How do they even expect one person to take 16 tasters and responsibly get home anyway?

    Uber.

But I think it is a bad deal to have to buy 16 beers just for the one you want

If they would have been straight forward about the details then maybe I could have uber'd here instead of driving, but alas, I was naive and thought they would just so pours of it (since its limited..come early!!!) so I drove and my car is here.

Or I would have maybe just stayed home. So maybe that's why they weren't transparent with the details online. Bait and switch for sure.

I would probably still do it, but I just enjoy FO way too much. But on the other hand I would feel bad with myself supporting business like that.

    Yup!
