Greetings, Great Lakes forum! My wife will be in Cleveland next week, and I'd like to find some good barleywines, imperial stouts, and/or DIPAs that are likely to be readily available. Bottle shop recommendations also welcome. I'm sure she'll be staying downtown, and likely without a car, but a short cab ride, or a spot not far off the route from downtown to the airport, is doable.
Anyway, here is the list of breweries that distribute to Ohio and not Minnesota (courtesy seekabrew.com). Thanks, all!

You need to have her search high and low for Columbus IPA, Head Hunter, and White Rajah---though I think CIPA can be a little difficult to find? I've seen Sculpin recently as well. Anti-Hero is good too.

Should be able to find some Nugget Nectar as well, as it looks like new batches have dropped around Ohio. Might be able to find Palate Wrecker as well (I've at least seen some in Columbus lately).

Grab Hoppin' Frog BORIS at least, but might as well grab DORIS too. Plenty of that around. Thirsty Dog Siberian Night is another good one. We still have Ten Fidy hanging around down here in Columbus, too.

Head Hunter, White Rajah and Columbus IPA should all be relatively easy to find... but not downtown. She could go over to Great Lakes to see if Alchemy Hour IIPA is still there. There is also a store on w 6th(?) but can't say what is there as i have only been there a couple times.

Your wife might still find some Arcadia's BBA Cereal Killer or BBA Imperial Stout. They're both pricey at ~ $8 for a 12 oz. bottle, but both are very tasty. The non-BBA versions of both beers should be more easily found.

Thanks, guys, for all the suggestions. She came home with Nugget Nectar, Columbus IPA, Palate Wrecker, Old 21, Head Hunter, and Alchemy Hour. Looks like a pretty good haul!

Really wish Columbus Brewing's distro was better in NE Ohio, it's been better of late but still pretty spotty w/only the IPA being the most common. The more high end grocers like Heinens & Whole Foods are the usual places I find it as well as some locals here and there.
