Bottle share and Birthday bash @ nanobrew's

    as I mentioned yesterday earlier I am wanting to host another bottle share. So I decided to have it on my birthday weekend. I created an event and will add the link once it is approved. This is an open invite, just please rsvp so I can have a rough head count.

    The bottle share will begin at 2pm on Sept 22nd

    Here is what I added in the events page:

    It has been too long since I have held a bottle share, so it is time to put one on the calendar. Pretty much the typical format as previous ones. No style or theme. Large format (or at least 2 of the same 12oz) bottles are preferred to insure everyone gets some. No special invite needed, but please RSVP.

    What to bring:

    - 1 (that's right just one) large format bottle
    - a snack / side dish (feel free to pair up with someone on this, as we usually have plenty of food)

    I plan on opening a good number of bottles that I have had for a while. Since this bottle share is also part of my birthday celebration I felt like this would be a fun time to do it.

    3 year vert of Parabola
    Consecration B2
    Black Butte XXI, XXII, XXIV
    My first HB sour (a soured american wheat ale with coriander and orange peel)
    HB brett pale ale

    plus probably a few more

    thanks for the kind words about my sours. Some other HB sours I plan on opening are a few of my berry variants (Strawberry, Raspberry, and Blueberry) along with the guava some of you tried at the last tasting when it was freshly bottled. If all goes well with my bottling plans and carbonation I might have my prickly pear mead ready too.
