Hello. I am moving to Nashville from Philadelphia next month, and bringing a rather sizeable beer collection with me. Do you know of any bottle shares that take place in the area? I am a member of a beer club in the Philly area and it has been a great way to share rare beers and meet like minded people. Also, do you have any suggestions for good beer bars and bottle shops in the area? Thanks.
What part of Nashville are you moving too?? That would give me abtter idea of what places to recommend first. There are bottle shares for sure. Best Thing to do is if you have facebook, have someone invite you to the local beer group and then go from there. More talk on that then here. Ill be glad to meet up and share brews for sure. My favorite bottle shop/ beer bar is Craft Brewed. You are moving at a great time as the disto and local scenes is getting better every day and the new beer laws goes into effect jan 1 which should be a huge jump for local and distro as well. I am moving to the Germantown area. I checked out Craft Brewed when I was apartment hunting. It's a great spot. I also liked Bearded Iris a lot. I will be moving at the end of the May. Its a local group, i can send you an invite if needed. Most of the people in town use it more then other sites to talk about releases and stuff like that.
