Bottle Shippers in MSP - urgent need

    I'm in a bit of a fix guys. I'm moving to CA next week and the original plan was to drive the cellar cross country. That plan is no longer feasible so I have to send the bottles with my moving company. They won't pack beer so I'm now scrambling to find wine shippers before they come on Wednesday. Does anybody know of a place in cities that sells shippers (I've called just about every UHaul) or would be willing to sell some of their own?

    Haskell's, the downtown location has the largest stock I have been told by the ones in the burbs. Also check France 44, I know they have given older ones away and they may sell them.

    to my knowledge, uhaul shippers are only available online. fwiw, you can upgrade the shipping method. not sure it would be worth the cost.

    as stated above, check with F44. they had a bunch they gave away not too long ago.

    worst case, hit a haskells and snag a bunch of just the normal bottle/wine boxes.

    if it comes down to it, if you want to pick it up, i have a 4-bottle laydown shipper i just got in the mail. free, you just need to pick it up. i have another package coming in today from a liquor store, if its a bottle shipper, it's yours as well.

    looks like another option may be to order from uline and pick them up at the warehouse in Hudson.

    Thanks everybody. Looks like there are a few options. Now to get over the depression of not driving through CO during GABF.

    If anyone searches the threads later, there a few liquor store locations which have shippers on hand. (*to the best of my knowledge)
