Their are a couple threads out there on this but off the top of my head I stop at The Liquor Depot when I am in the area.
Rancho Liquor in old town as a 3rd option behind those two... Liquor Depot has the best selection... I'd check out Black Market brewery, they're selling cans and bottles, or Karl Strauss Brewery off Winchester
This. I spent a month in Temecula last year, and Barons blew everyone away. Weekly Pliny, all kinds of special releases, Sculpin in cans. Their beer guy is super knowledgeable and fun to talk to.
The Murrieta Barons doesn't put Pliny on the shelves, you have to ask for it FYI. I think they get it on Thursdays still.

Milk Stouts from Belching Beaver. Maybe the Coronado or Mission Stouts. Not sure if you get stuff like Great Divide Yeti, Stone Fyodor's, Avery Uncle Jacob's, etc. in Florida. Please post back on the local stuff you pickup, would love to hear your impressions.
