Going to be on a tight schedule on a trip from Iowa this weekend to near Eden Prairie. Will likely only have a chance to stop once in the area and maybe venture out further away (if needed) for a stop at a highly recommended shop. Looking for suggestions if anyone would like to help out.

France 44 would be where I would go. Depending on where you are in EP, it's only 15 min or so. Best selection and great service.

    Stinson, Zipp's . . . maybe U.S Wine and Liquor (although I haven't been there in a while).

Getting to F44 at rush hour (4:00 to 7:00 for that part of town) will take a bit longer than 15 minutes, but it is still where I would recommend from EP. You can check out their web site; they keep it reasonably up to date with what they have in stock, but recent arrivals can take a day or two sometimes to show up on the web.

Blue Max in Burnsville is not too far off I-35 assuming that is your route north.

Nice. I am going to Minneapolis next week for work and was wondering the same thing. France 44 looks legit.

South Lyndale and/or France 44 if you're heading towards the metro, Vintage in Chanhassen if you want to avoid traffic since it's right off of 212. All three have a good selection of singles to make your own 6 pack if you're looking to mix it up. You may have to ask at Vintage if they don't have something broken up but they've been pretty good about with me every time I've asked.

The Vintage has everything already priced as singles in their computer system so they can easily sell you any single you want in the store. I've never had a problem breaking up a 6 pack there. I wish more stores would let you buy just a bottle of anything.
