Hey guys, I am heading north from Augusta tomorrow after the soccer game and will end up traveling up I77 for some time. Are there any good bottle shops worth stopping at near the freeway?

I will have my wife and 3year old so much travel off the freeway isn't the best option for me.

Just looking for some decent IPAs that I can't obtain in MI.

Thanks in advance and sorry if this is a duplicate thread.

If you are going through Charlotte I would definitely stop by Brawleys bottle shop. It is about 5 min off the interstate. He has a great selection. You should pick up some hop drop and roll and see what else you can find. There is also a shop called good bottle that you could check out as well. I got a bottle of tangerines cream sickle over there not more than a week ago. Good hunting and cheers!

These are good options in Charlotte. Further north of the city, there's Davidson Beverage Co.

In SC, both Frugal MacDoogal and Grapevine Wine are right off I-77. Earth Fare in Rock Hill is about a 10 minute drive off the interstate, too. Consider these options for SC-only beers like Westbrook!

Edit: Just remembered Westbrook distributes to GA now, so you may find it there as well.

Try the Common Market, the location just south of downtown Charlotte is convenient and has an excellent selection.

In the Charlotte area I would skip Brawleys as you have to know the secret handshake.....Good Bottle and Common Market on S Tryon are not far off the 77 and great selections.....Salud is a GREAT bottle shop but might be too far off the 77 depending on how much time you have. Frugal McDoogal has a good selection just south of Charlotte in South Carolina.
