I am heading to 3 Floyds this wekeend and was wondering if there are any good bottle shops in Munster? Anything I should check out after the brewery trip?

    My basement!

All kidding aside, Liquor Stop is probably the best you will find for not having to travel far from FFF. If you go further into Crown Point, there is a liquor store called Wise Guys that is better but is about 20 minutes out.

Not a bottle shop, but there is a place in Highland (5 minutes away) called Beer Geeks. A pretty neat place that only serves beer. No wine, no liquor, no food...however, you can bring your own food inside to eat. They have 20 handles and usually a few nice options. I'd check it out if I was in the area.

Seems to be a few of us headed to FFF this weekend. Let's hope there is enough to go around .

Also stop in at Delocks on Calumet. It's North of FFF at Ridge Rd on the SE corner. Not a great selection, but they carry some breweries that Liquor Stop doesn't.

If you head to Wise Guys in Merrillville (Taft St, just north of 93rd Ave so Merrillville, not Crown Point), you could also stop by Nick's Liquors. It's at US 30 & Taft (north of Wise Guys on the SE corner). Again, not a great selection, but another place that tends to have some bottles that others either don't carry or have already sold out.

If you plan to make your way out towards Merrillville, definately check out Liquor Bucket off Route 30 as well. They undercut everyone in the area and have a great selection. I second Beer Geeks in Highland; great place, but gets a little packed on Fri and Sat nights.
