Bottle shops & beers to try in Ithaca?

    I have a friend up there right now and they said they would grab me a couple beers before they leave, just curious of any recomendations of local or NY only beers and bottle shops in Ithaca.

    For bottle shops, your best bet by far is Finger Lakes Beverage Center in downtown Ithaca. Lots of NY beers are distributed outside the state, but I'd recommend Ithaca Flower Power, Horseheads Pumpkin Ale (my favorite pumpkin ale by far), anything by Three Heads Brewing, Cortland Brewing, etc.

    Finger Lakes Bev Center is a one-stop mecca.

    also worth checking out is the Bandwagon Brewpub. Tiny little brewery just off the commons.
