Knightly Spirits is probably the only place you need to stop. Take 417 (toll road) away from the airport and it's right off the exit. Shelves are stocked right now with a bunch of rare brews and they have a huge supply of cold local brews. If it's available they'll have it.

I will be down later this week and staying for a week. Just wanted to verify that Knightly is still the best place to visit? We are staying at the Contemporary. I will be with the family and without a car so I intend to make a quick Uber trip out of it to hopefully last us for the week. Will be looking for some nice IPAs and some lower ABV stuff for the pool / wife. I have to admit that my Florida beer knowledge does not go much beyond Cigar City. Anything else in particular that I should look for and is likely to be around this coming weekend?

Knightly Spirit is still the place to visit.

Anderson Valley Gose last summer was most Floridians go-to (even though it's not from FL), CCB Florida Cracker also isn't a bad choice to knock down by the pool.

I don't know of anything hitting this week in particular.

    I don't know about Knightly.

At the risk of getting flamed up by those who always read posts such as this as, "What's the best beer in Florida?/What brewery do I need to visit?" etc., I will offer an answer to the specific post about what's likely readily available (and in cans):
    * "Nice IPAs" (and I'll throw in pale ales) = CCB Jai Alai IPA, CCB Invasion (pale ale), Intuition I-10 IPA, Big Storm Arcus IPA, Tampa Bay Brewing's Reef Donkey (super-good American pale ale at 5.5%); and
    * "Pool / wife" beer = CCB's Florida Cracker (a Belgian white); Bold City's Killer Whale (cream ale); 3 Daughters' Beach Blonde (readily available here in Tampa Bay area; unsure if it gets to Orlando), Intuition Jon Boat (golden ale) and People's Pale Ale.

I know Funky Buddha has expanded its distribution outside South Florida; it would be worth looking for their stuff. CCB currently has out its Tropical Heatwave hoppy wheat in cans. Something different if it gets that way.

Knightly on Orange Blossom Trail is the best place to go if you're really looking for some hard to find gems, but if you're at the contemporary, Uber could prove costly due to distance and tolls. ABC Liqour on Apopka-Vineland would be you're best bet for a moderate selection without breaking the bank on transportation.

Thanks. ABC might be the call then. Seems like much less time away. Still a fine vacation selection there?

Absolutely. Even as a local, I find myself stopping in there more than Knightly when visiting the Disney area, just because of convenience. I'm always more than happy with their selection.
