Bottle Shops Close to Playa del Rey

    I just moved to Playa del Rey and I am in desperate need of good bottle shops in the vicinity, preferably a place that posts on Instagram.
    I moved from Studio City so I had Vencome TL, Valley Bev and Handymarket close by. Those places were amazing so hopefully there is something on par or better in this area.
    I am a block away from Dale's Jr. Market which is just O.K. and also can be crazy over priced.
    Any advice and insight would be greatly appreciated.

    Beverage Warehouse is right up the street, man. Make a right on McConnell right off of Culver Blvd right past Direct TV. Awesome selection of stuff. They close kind of early though - I believe 6pm. Also, Select Beer Store down in Redondo has a lot of cool stuff as well with a cooler of stuff you can crack in the store for a corkage fee ($1 maybe?).

    Select Beer's excellent, but South Redondo's definitely not right next door. As mentioned, Beverage Warehouse is your closest/best option. Would say Whole Foods Venice too, since it's not too far. There's a Whole Foods in Playa Vista as well, though beer selection's nothing amazing.

    I was actually going to originally add that any trip to S. Redondo is annoying :slight_smile:

    Yup. I live in North Redondo and it's a 15-20 minute drive to get to Select Beer.

    Im 2 blocks away from Select. Its my go to spot. But I work in Culver/Westchester so I know all about the drive.
