Hey all, headed to LBI (brant beach) soon for a little getaway, would appreciate some tips on the best bottle shops in the area. I’m guessing there aren’t a ton of options actually on LBI and I’m willing to drive a bit but not too far afield as I’ll Be there with the family. I see there are a Bunch of choices between all the buy-rites and spirits unlimited, are any of these particularly excellent? Been a while since I’ve been in the area and my recollection is that there are some great spots interspersed with a lot of mediocre stores. Any help would Be much appreciated.
Shell Liquors in Ship Bottom has the best selection of stuff. Sometimes they keep stuff in the back so ask if they have any "new stuff" that's not out yet - typically Icarus maybe some Equilibrium Etc. Its pricey but so is everything else on the island.
