I'm going to be staying at Penn Landing and really just have a day. Second Story and Kyber Pass are easy spots walking distance. Are there any bottle shops equally as close? Looking to not need the car\Uber if possible. Specifically looking to pick up Tired Hands or some RR bottles.

PA has restrictions on beer purchases on Sunday, correct? I'd be able to head to Foodery Sunday morning, but I think you cannot buy until 11am.
Most types of licenses with a Sunday permit are 9 am: https://www.lcb.pa.gov/Licensing/Topics-of-Interest/Pages/Sunday-Sales.aspx Give them a call, they list their hours as opening at 9:00 on Sundays.
