Bottle shops near Morehead NC

    My brother will be spending a few days in Morehead City and offered to bring me back a few bottles. Is there a good bottle shop in the area? Would anything from Wicked Weed or Foothills be available in the area? Any other suggestions on what to pick up?

    Not sure of any great bottleshops in Morehead City or really close (I know of a pretty good one off the other end of Emerald Isle - Harrika's Brew Haus in Cedar Point, NC).

    You should definitely be able to find Foothills but I don't think you will see any Wicked Weed that far east in NC.

    I think I saw a fair amount of Torch Pilsner, Hoppium, People's Porter, and Seeing Double. Don't recall seeing much else from Foothills.

    Depending on the route there is a beer store and bar in New Bern called Beer Army Outpost. They may have Foothills. I also doubt you'll find Wicked Weed that far east. Harris Teeter, Food Lion or Lowes Grocery in MHC may also have Foothills by now.

    Yeah hitting that beer army outpost would be a good stop on the way in, definitely not any Wicked Weed in the east other than in Wilmington sadly.

    Hannah's Haus in Beaufort, NC has a good selection. I found some BCBS hidden in a corner when I was there in march, haha.
