Taking a road trip in a couple weeks from FL to NYC. It's really to just move some stuff up but I'd like to stop on the way and grab some beers if I can. Anyone have any recommendations for good bottle shops near 95 along the way? Thanks for the help everyone.

State Line in Elkton, MD is well worth the stop, and only about 1/2 a mile from 95.
If you stop there, there is an easy way to avoid the toll on 95 without going out of your way.

Make a right out of the back entrance. Follow this road with one 90 degree bend. At the second light take a right and you are back at 95. This is heading north as I assume you would be. If heading south get off at Rte 896 toward Newark. At Mcdonalds make a left and follow road again to State Line.

Thanks guys. My buddy and I are stayin in Rehoboth Beach for a night so we'll hit that store on the way out headed back to 95. We'll be getting off 95 in Emporia, VA in order to get to Rehoboth, so if you know of anything of those roads (58,13,US1, etc) let me know. Thanks again for the help, really appreciate it.

Hardywood is not far from 95 in Virginia if you are looking for a brewery.

Also, check for some places in NC that might be off 95. Most good bottle shops in NC carry Wicked Weed and local ipas like hop drop n roll. Theres a fantastic bottle shop in Wrightsville Beach but its a good 2 hours off of 95 via i-40. Beautiful beach community thats a million times better than Reheboth if you are looking to make another stop.

Check your maps, if you are heading north on 113 through Berlin, MD, stop by Burley Oak, the should have some cans/bottles/crowlers to go, plus their beer is damn good.

In Rehoboth, aside from DFH, hit up Henlopen City Oyster House a few blocks away, great food and awesome beer list, with a unique cask every time, and good bottle list. Also in Rehoboth two stores, Atlantic Liquor and Liquor Outlet. Atlantic is better, but both good.

If you are taking the Holland Tunnel to NYC, there is a Buy Rite right outside the Holland tunnel in Jersey City which does have a lot of variety. I would check bottle dates, though.

After you cross the Bridge-Tunnel and you're coming up the Delmarva peninsula, you can sidetrack to Salisbury MD if you want to check out Evolution Brewing. They have good food if you need to stop for lunch or dinner.

Any of you guys going to be near Rehoboth on Monday night? I'll have fresh 4pack of white oak Jai Alai if anyone wants to make a quick trade. Cheers
