AFAIK, they've been switching a lot of their beers to cans. If you're that adament about having bottles, instead of can, best bet is to give them a call to see what's available.

Last time I was at the taproom, I know they had Maduro, Jai Alai, Tocabago, Florida Cracker, Helles lager and some of the Bruery Collaberation 750's as well as a couple humidor series beer - check the website.

Edit: if you actually mean bottles only, strike the first 5 of those

i was there yesterday, they had bolita brown in 750s, and humidor IPA in 12oz bottles. then the regular can lineup. there was a couple other things (maybe jose marti?, cubano espresso?) but im not 100% sure.

The main offerings are Can and Draft only now, Maduro, Jai Alai, Florida Cracker and Helles Lager. They have label approval to put Tocabago, White Oak Jai Alia, Jose Marti and Humidor IPA. But according to employees it will be a while before they are released.
