My folks are headed there in a week or so and offered to bring me back some bottles of stuff that's harder to find back out west (they live in Calgary). The only Quebec breweries I've really explored so far are Dieu Du Ciel and Unibroue, so with that in mind, are there any recommendations of must try stuff that would be easy to find at liquor stores worth bringing back? Even good Ontario stuff that we don't get over here? Looking for something that would travel well like belgians, dark ales, sours but I'd be happy with IPAs as well. Also, maybe brewpubs that sell bottles that are worth visiting. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I guess I should mention I haven't had much Trou Du Diable or Trois Mousquetaires even though I've seen them around. I was thinking more of something we don't get much here like Brasserie Dunham or Le Castor.

Dunham and Castor for sure. Hopera gets a lot of local love but I find them hit or miss. Naufageur and Pit Caribou are also good ones to look out for.
