Hey all, just a quick question as I couldnt find the answer via google or other searches.

I have a sour that is ready to bottle and I plan on bottle conditioning it. I wanted to put some in smaller bottles and was wondering if the Boulevard 12oz (smokestack series style, not the standard 12oz that most beers come in) bottles are high pressure or if they could be used for this. I typically use the 750 champagne style bottles, but wanted to do some 12oz for samples for my office. I dont have any of the RR or Crooked Stave style 375s, so would the Boulevard be a good second option? Im looking to use what I have and avoid buying new bottles if possible.

Thanks for your help and cheers,

    T

We bottle condition in both our heritage (standard) and 12 oz Smokestack bottles.
