Bottles: Quality over Quantity?

Well curated selection with high turnover with the exception of big beers that age will is always a better option. The bars with 400+ beers are essentially tourist traps.

 

I don't have any real insight on this, but I would think even with huge volume stores that have a quick turn around on most items there has to be stuff that sits forever. There are places out there with close to a thousand options, maybe even more. Logic would dictate there would have to be some beers that go for weeks or months without being sold. Of course it depends on the type of beer how much this matters.
