Head 5-10 minutes North to the Total Wine in Boynton Beach. You should be able to find a good amount of bottles there. Also, just south of you is Boca Raton, where the original Funky Buddha is located. You won't be able to buy anything to take home there, but theirs beers are fantastic.
Delray itself doesn't really have any bottleshops but does have some good bars. I recommend Coffee District, Tryst, Park Tavern and Mellow Mushroom. If you are in the mood I highly recommend the Blue Anchor. It's an English pub with a couple good drafts but they have 4 engines and their food rocks. Nice change of pace from a typical beer bar. As for bottles I recommend going one town north to Boynton Beach. There is a Total Wine & More there. They will have everything you can possibly find bottle-wise there.
These guys both hit the nail right on the head, Total Wine in Boynton is the place to go for bottles in that area. It is really your only quality option around Delray. Jcb is right about Funky Buddha, you will have a hard time finding a brewery that does better, more innovative beers. Also, Due South Brewing is just north of you in Boynton, so if you head over to the Total Wine, you might want to swing by Due South and grab a brew or two. Hope that helps.
