    There were 15 tickets for the Cheese pairing going on today, I think there might have been a bit more for the cellar tasting. Not entirely sure.

    For everyone interested, here are the bottles that were opened last night:

    (1) Far West BW VI (2005)
    (2) Allagash Interlude (Batch 1, 2005)
    (3) DFH Palo Santo Marron (Batch 1, 2008)
    (4) NB Falling Rock La Folie (2007) - Unbelievable beer btw.
    (5) Fish Brewing Co. Merlot BA Poseidon (Batch 3, 2001)
    (6) Bosteels Deus Brut des Flanders (2001)

    This tasting was amazing! Thanks to BW for putting it on and Seaghan for all the pours!
